Thoughtful Things You Can Put into a Sympathy Card

Sending a sympathy card or letter, can mean more than words could ever say, to the person who has just lost someone dear to them. It is a hard time no matter what. Sometimes the loss feels so strong we don't know what to do. Getting an "interruption" in our thoughts by having to open a card that is letting us know we are not alone means the world.

It just so turns out that these last couple of years, I am seeing a lot of people lose loved ones or friends. It just reminds me of how very precious and short life really is! We need to be in contact with those we love, and not let time get away.

Send a note or card, even a very belated one, to someone that has had a loss. No need to spend a lot of money on an expensive card. In fact, I received one of the most precious letters from my brother after my Father passed away this last year. My brother's letter means the world to. I think he just typed it up on his computer, folded it in a tri-fold and mailed it to me. He wrote I could tell, as the words just came to him. When in doubt, write that note and don't worry about the words. It can mean so much.
