About Viagra and Cialis with Dapoxetine

Viagra or Cialis?

Sex sells. It always has and always will. For many men, sex requires a love drug to assist with their erection and maintaining it. As many have said, perhaps your ED problem is not a physical issue but a mental one. Not that your crazy, but maybe the setting or the touching is not turning you on, maybe there are other things on your mind or you find yourself unable to focus on the sex aspect and enjoying the person you are with. Maybe there are outside distractions that can immediately turn a rock hard erection deflate within seconds and once its gone, getting hard again requires a herculean amount of work.

Whether or not it is physical or not, many men turn to Viagra and Cialis. You can these online without a prescriptions for anywhere from $1-2 a pill from some remote European or Indian website. They may or may not work because the drug quality and quantity may or may not be like from the original Viagra or Cialis manufacturer. That is the chance you take. You might need to take two of the foreign made pill to the one of the USA made pill for the same effect. Also, just because you take either does not mean your erection will be better! Some men state nothing happens to those who LOVE the pill. It is a gamble.

There are differences between Viagra and Cialis. Viagra lasts up to six hours before the effects are minimized. In theory, you must have sex within that time for it to work. Most advise you take it 1 hour before you plan to as it takes 30-45 min. to dissolve, unless you buy the fast acting type. For some men, once Viagra has dissolved, they get an erection without stimulation. Cialis can last up to 36 hours, which is why many prefer it. But with Cialis, nothing with happen until foreplay and penis touching starts to happen. You will not suddenly get a hard on all by itself without some touching! The touching triggers the drug to activate in a sense, which is why it can last 24 hrs. or more. Sex does not last that long and a man with an erection for 4+ hrs should go to the ER, as funny as that sounds.

Viagra does nothing for men who premature ejaculate, which is a common issue. Many men cum within two minutes of entering the vagina, that is usually too soon for a woman to reach climax even after arousal. It is a common problem, for sure. Cialis is now available with dapoxetine, the usually does is 20 mg tadalafil and 30 or 60 mg of dapoxetine. Dapoxetine is a drug to delay ejaculation in men. It is effective but the two drugs together is a sort of "odd couple". That is because tadalafil in Cialis lasts 36 hrs and allows for the blood flow to the penis more greatly for a hard erection. Of course, just because you are hard does not mean you will ejaculate. Dapoxetine lasts only up to 3 hrs once in the system. It essentially makes it harder to be aroused, which seems like a contradiction as what tadalafil does! One can be aroused but still far away from ejaculating, however. In any case, taking a Cialis with Dapoxetine forces the man to a sex window of 1-3 hrs. after the pill is taken if he wants to prevent a premature ejaculation. After 3 hrs., the drug's ability diminishes fast and with tadalafil, there is still another 20+ hours that it is active. Thus, if sex occurs after the 1-3 hour time window, the man with the ejaculation issue will still have it.

As to dosage, Viagra doses are varied and everyone is impacted differently. One man who takes a 10 mg may be very hard, while another man, may require 100 mg. The same can be said for Cialis, although, their dosages are usually 5 mg, 10 mg, 20 mg, 40 mg. Thus, finding the right pill and dose to give a man an erection is one costly experimenting to a degree.

But, as they say, in sex, timing IS everything!
