Causes of under nourished hair

Findings reveal that our mane is rough and difficult to comb for two main reasons. The first is the mechanical damage done to our hair's surface, creating scaly projections on our head .these scales create friction among themselves, causing a roughness and making our hair unmanageable It is recommendable to use conditioners to maintain our hair but they must have active agents that would smooth the scales and produce less friction, another reason for damaged hair is negative charges building up on the surface of hair which cause repulsion amongst the hair strands.

Humidity and hair stickiness are another reasons to have bad hair in summers and also in monsoon we suffer from this problem ,if hair stay sticky and wet they start smelling and sometimes it is seen that we get lice in them ,so the best way to keep our hair safe is to wash them with water if your hair seems smelly too much shampoo dries our hair

Comb your hair lightly with good teethed comb it works like an Thus carry a pocket comb for quick touch ups when you are away from home .exercise

We spend so much time and money on our hair care . Washing your hair with the wrong shampoo leads to spoiling our hair shafts .Conditioners.,styling products. using wrong kind of brush all lead to bad hair.

Here are certain tips to keep your many beautiful :--

Hair often loses moisture, become brittle, dull and lifeless. To revive your dry hair's lustre, follow these simple tips.:---

During summer ,hair gets dehydrated by external factors such as the sun, chlorine(in swimming pools) and saline water (at beach) In winter, things remain same as the cold, dry temperatures and wind can erase the life out of your hair. To keep your hair healthy, lustrous and hydrated , treat them with care:---

Condition your hair once a week.:--- If you have dry hair, hydrate it by doing a deep conditioning treatment once in 7 days. Deep conditioners are left on the hair for 30 minutes so that it can penetrate deep into the the hair strands and follicles. Use the product having protein, olive oil and other moisturizing ingredients. we can make a deep conditioner in our own kitchen. eg:, mayonnaise is commonly used to condition our hair. amala softens our hair and bring shine, even application of mehndi (henna)gives life to our hair.

Use a moisturizing shampoo to wash your hair.:-- else the hair will lose their natural oils and moisture,to give a bounce and life to your hair Avoid products containing high levels of alcohol, they dry out the hair even further. Therefore moisturizing shampoos contain oils and other ingredients that will help trap the moisture inside the hair shaft when you wash your hair.

Dry your hair naturally :--Heated hair tools cause hair to dry out, become brittle and break as they loose their moisture . avoid blow drying . If you are in hurry, towel dry your hair halfway by soaking out the moisture, then finish drying few blows from a blow dryer. Do not rub your hair vigorously to dry This can damage to the hair.

Brush your hair with a soft bristle brush and don't pull or tug,Brush your dry hair gently in long downward strokes. Brushing the hair gently stimulate the scalp, increasing the natural oils for extra shine and also removes dirt from the hair.Do not brush wet hair.detangle your hair with wide toothed comb when your hair are wet .

Eat a well balanced diet
A healthy diet isn't just good for your body,it is also good for your mane the gleam of your hair shows the how well you feed yourself Green leafy vegetables, fruits, whole grains, lean protein and good fats. Protein-rich foods, and vitamin A, B, C, E and K are especially good for your hair.potatoes (including the skin), asparagus, cucumbers and bell peppers are good for you and your hair.consult your doctor if you have hair loss or brittle hair due to thyroid or hormonal issues.have food rich in fatty acid to bring the shine to yourself and your hair.Fish eating helps to get fatty acid to non vegetarians whereas vegetarians can get fatty acid from nuts and Flax seed, olives, avocados. pretty hair are the mirror of your health ,so keep them shining.
