I know it's hard when all you feel like doing is laying down and sleeping all the time, but if you will find the time to just exercise 10 to 15 min. a day you will see a drastic improvement in the way you feel.
If you will start out with just walking and keep it simple to start with it will be much easier for you. You can gradually increase your walk time until you are up to about 30 to 45 min. per day you will find that you will feel much better and have more energy. Try making time to walk three days a week, you can increase that as you feel better. Once you get into the routine you will find that you miss it if you skip days. You will see noticeable improvement in the way you feel.
