Working out on your iPod for FREE

Going to the gym is not only time consuming, but costly as well. Not to mention the cost for personal trainers which can range between $60 and $80 per hour on the cheaper side! Having an iPod is practically like having a personal trainer with you. There are videos to aid with your gym membership, to do at home, for busy people, lazy people, strong people, and new comers. The only difficulty is searching and searching for those videos. Well look no further, because I have searched and found many useful links. All of the links I have provided are FREE. This is the apple store site of the top 50 free fitness apps. I have Nike Trainer and enjoy it...especially for free :)

Now please keep in mind, many of these videos will need to be saved to the desktop and then added into itunes. I keep a folder labeled "IPOD WORKOUTS" and have them readily available for whenever I need them, that way I can still watch wasily without my ipod
