Work Out, Get Fit, & Lose Weight -- For Free!
We are just a few weeks into a brand new year, which means that we are also right in the midst of the annual onslaught of resolutions, many of which revolve around losing weight and getting fit. And who doesn't want a healthy, strong body? If only toning up was as easy as the wanting of it.
There are so many obstacles to overcome, from time, to motivation, to ability, to battling boredom, and more. And even if all other factors are equal, the cost of gym membership or exercise equipment can often be quite prohibitive.
Fortunately, there is another option. If you're even just slightly tech savvy, there is a wide world of fitness inspiration and resources available to you -- and a deep cache of free workouts to boot.
I'm sure you've already guessed it. Yep, I'm talking about the internet. Just a quick Googling will deliver uncountable workout options straight to your home computer or mobile device.
At that point, it's merely sifting the good from the bad that's the greatest difficulty. To help you start your online fitness regime, I've shared a number of my favorite free workouts, all digitally based. You can find them below. Enjoy!
