This is a free app that is available to anyone with an iPhone. You are able to select the workouts that interest you and set your own music from your iPhone.

Create Video Workouts

Fitness Magazine's website offers a free service that allows you to build a custom workout based on your needs. You can select the areas that you want to work on, the length of the workout and have the ability to save it, so you can do it again. You can also let it know what work out equipment you have on hand so it knows which exercises you are equipped to do.

Workout the Old Fashioned Way

Get out of the house, and get some exercise that requires no equipment; go for a walk or a run. If you are not much of a runner, then find a walking buddy and try to establish a regular time to meet for a walk. To ensure that you are getting heart pumping exercise, make sure the pace is brisk!

Visit your Local Library

Most libraries have workout DVD's available for checkout. Check out several and enjoy the variety that this option offers.

Get Your Workouts Online

Women's Health Magazine has a whole section of free online workouts with detailed descriptions of each exercise. In addition they have many iPhone apps available, some free and some at a minimal charge, that offer great workout options.

Great Hub! I am a Fitness Specialist and promote home fitness! As a trainer I say gyms are outrageous, its why I went private, and why I write hubs about ways to keep healthy with simplicity.

Thanks for the feedback! I think the Nike app is really great. It gives an bootcamp type workout!

My Pleasure! And agreed, I have done a few to review it. I oversee Beachbody (insanity, brazil butt lift etc) programs in NYC, which are all home based programs as well. As a fitness specialist I am a freak about form and that Nike App has great detail!
