This is a free app that is available to anyone with an iPhone. You are able to select the workouts that interest you and set your own music from your iPhone.
Create Video Workouts
Fitness Magazine's website offers a free service that allows you to build a custom workout based on your needs. You can select the areas that you want to work on, the length of the workout and have the ability to save it, so you can do it again. You can also let it know what work out equipment you have on hand so it knows which exercises you are equipped to do.
Workout the Old Fashioned Way
Get out of the house, and get some exercise that requires no equipment; go for a walk or a run. If you are not much of a runner, then find a walking buddy and try to establish a regular time to meet for a walk. To ensure that you are getting heart pumping exercise, make sure the pace is brisk!
