The Rules and Regulation of Yoga
Yoga is full science yoga, yoga is complete life style, yoga is full Ayurveda system, yoga is Complete Meditating Education. Yoga is not made for particular person, Everybody can do yoga and it will be better if they do it Regularly. Regular Yoga Keeps you far away from diseases. If you are doing regular yoga than single disease can also not touch you . The ancient saints of India has discovered yoga .
There is not any hard rules and regulation for yoga. There are very simple steps that you should have to follow. The first thing is
You can do yoga two times morning and evening . If you can not do yoga twice a day than it will better to do yoga in morning time because at morning your mind will be in relax position. In Morning after being fresh(toilet and bathroom) and without taking foods and for evening time after 5-6 hours of lunch period.
You can do yoga in neat and clean place. Environment should be peace and cool. It will better to do yoga in Garden or where there is sufficient tree. If you are doing yoga in your house than burn sainted sticks.
While doing yoga were very light clothes. For men it will better to wear half paint and t-shirt for ladies it will better to wear light night suite or something else.
While doing yoga use soft blanket. Don’t do yoga in necked land or place. You can do yoga with your capacity. Otherwise, for complete yoga 1hr is sufficient , 30 min is good for medium and 15 min is good for short time but better do up to 30mins.
Keep your mind cool, relax and with happy mind by seeing your age, body power you can do yoga. Don’t try hard any time. Old man , women and pregnant women should not do any hard steps, above 10 yrs children can do all the steps of yoga better say “OM” at while doing yoga.
Position and safety
In every condition you can do yoga and meditation. Even a healthy man can do and they should because if they are healthy than they will be become much and more healthier but also there are some hard steps, that ill person should not do or whose eyes are red every time, coming water from ear whose lungs and lever is weak. They should not do shirsasan(keeping head down and foot up) Dhnurasan(bending body in 1800 )
You should take food after 30 min of yoga and meditation take only light food, avoid oily food and fast food. After yoga and meditation don’t drink tea because, at drinking one time tea destroys 50 cells of your body.
Rules of breathing
While doing yoga and bending towards front, throw air and bending back take air and always take air with nose only. Don’t take with mouth.
By closing your eyes you will fell better and much relax while doing yoga and meditation and you will be free from your tension.
When you are doing one step right than you should do left also, when you do any sleeping steps than you should wake from left side and after finishing yoga do savasan(sleeping straightly for 9-0 min)than get up.
while doing yoga if you fill tired than do savasan(sleeping straightly for 9-10 min) at regular interval of time.
The person whose joints or any bone have broken before than they should avoid hard steps because their joint can break again.
