There is health in what is capable of giving a sensation of heat, burning, searing, or scalding. This healthy sensation is produced by diverse factors as in:

  • a hot situation that turns you sexually excited or receptive allows you to have self control and be faithful to moral and spiritual dogmas.

The list can go long with examples like the ones above demonstrating that you find the condition of being well or free from disease by getting hot. I am really concern of the good health. Cayenne pepper

The cayenne pepper is a red powder that is made from hot peppers (shown to the side), and are used as a spice to give a hot taste to food. Cayenne pepper is not only about hot tasty food, it is also about the good attributes it contains bringing good health to those that consume it. The common name 'cayenne' was given to this pepper because of its cultivation in a town that bears the same name in French Guiana.

Pepper is the hollow of a herbaceous plant receiving the same name of the fruit. It belongs to the Solanaceae family and the genera of Capsicum. Solanaceae are a family that includes about 75 genera and approximately 2,300 species of plants producing toxic alkaloids, including belladonna, mandrake and henbane is included. There are a few edible Solanaceae these include pepper, tomato and eggplant, which are of great importance in our food supply.

Capsaicin is the substance in cayenne pepper that is responsible for the heat, bringing benefits to our health. The main component of the pepper is water followed by carbohydrates, which makes it a vegetable with a low calorie intake. It is a good source of fiber and, as other vegetables, its protein content is very low and hardly provide fat.

They are very rich in vitamin C. In fact, the red pepper come to contain more than twice than is found in fruits such as oranges or strawberries.

Ginger

Ginger (Zingiber officinalis) is a tuber native to Asia which today can be found almost everywhere on the planet. It is one of the most popular spices on the world both for its culinary uses and medicinal use. It has a very aromatic spicy flavor.

Ginger is used for meat, fish, vegetables, rice and pasta, sauces (like Curry), breads, soups, jams, pickles, candied fruits, teas, drinks and even desserts. It brings a nice spicy taste. It usually does not bother the stomach and never is "repeated" (like garlic).

Ginger is usually purchased in the form of fresh root to use as seasoning in cooking. It is also found dry or powdered. In pharmacies and herbalists ginger is usually available in tablets or capsules for the people who do not like the taste but need the benefits or medicinal properties.

I use ginger in tea to sleep. I like it with boiled water seasoned with honey. Some people use boiled milk instead of water.

The active ingredients in ginger are called gingerols with a similar structure to capsaicin; both work favoring our health. The video below will explain deeply the health benefits of getting hot using ginger.

I love the little twist you put to this. Ginger I think is fantastic and I have it in my diet every day and cayenne pretty often. I always get at least a half hour of rush exercise each day and more often double that. I call it work but it is also fun. Great article. ^+
