i want to reduce my body as it was before but after exercises even im not getting to that level,ive reduced my diet n besides carodio exercises i am doing belly and leg workouts but its not the same as i was before .
Hello marinamusawar. The best way to tighten and tone your belly after pregnancy is some core work. Check out my page (I just started a hub page today) I will be sharing workout routines to do just that. Some core exercises I recommend are planks (working up so you are able to hold it for 30-60 seconds) always engaging the stomach muscles. Just imagine a string from your back is pulling in your belly button. Another exercise great for the stomach are pushups. Try some pushups on your knees then work your way up to doing them "boy" style.
