Personally, i seldom experience anxiety and panic, first, thanks to GOD and i try to be easy with myself in my dealings, activities and my aspirations. Psychologically, it is needed at a minimal level. it helps the individual to pursue specific objectives, making him not to feel too relaxed about what he must do to access an improved quality of experience.

I have an anxiety disorder so unfortunately I experience some sort of anxiety daily. Lately I've been victim to panic attacks once again, but I am learning to calm myself down so that they don't happen as frequently.

I always have the fear of getting lost and not knowing where I am because I am lousy at navigating especially a nights.

I actually got disoriented early this morning on my way back
after I took my niece to the bus stop at 4.30  am.

When I was coming back I miscalculated the stop light and did not realised that I missed my turn .

When I realized I could not turn back so I kept on driving until I got back my bearing.I started panicking because I was going into a lonely and dangerous area.

Then I found a convenient stop and turn back .I was scared  but I pulled myself together and found the right turn and got home safely.

Something similar happened to me years ago only this time I was walking. When I realized I did not know where I was I tried asking someone but when I opened my mouth it was dry and no sound came out so I just continued walking until I found a land mark I knew.

If you experience pani or anxiety, you might have a health issue which you should look into. Sometimes, thyroid problems can cause those, I know someone who had panic attacks at work and it turned out she had a low thyroid function. Have your doctor check you out!

I have  an associated disease with a heart disorder that makes me susceptible to panic attacks. I have many routines to ward off these attacks, such as meditation, breathinig techniques, and other remedies. The number of attacks is variable.
