    Can you tell me more about Pranayam?

    You had offered this as one idea as a natural remedy for my asthma.

    Hello,
    Pranayam is the best cure for almost all the diseases which can't be cured by the allopathic medicines.There are some pranayams but Kapalbhati is the best of all.I have googled some info and videos for you.I suggest you to learn and do pranayam under supervision of an expert only and you need to be patient, it may take from 6 months to 2 years to get cured completely but it really works.I know many people who recovered from illness (including from asthma etc.Happy healing.
