Stay away from high carbohydrates that have sugar or starch.
Fiber as a form is carbohydrate is alright and good for you. But avoid all other carbohydrates. Eat meats, leafy vegetables, mushrooms, cucumbers and other low sugar vegetables.
Avoid natural fruit juices.
Keep your body fat level low. This too can be achieved with low carbohydrate diet. Consumption of fatty food does not make you fat, however consumption of high carbohydrates like sugar will make you fat and then cause insulin resistance and diabetes which can eventually destroy you kidneys and other organs.
