I used to be a multi-clicker on the snooze button, but found it only made me feel worse. I no longer have a snooze button; problem solved.

I hit the snooze button this morning at 6:00AM, 6:05AM, 6:10AM 6:15AM until 7AM..... I do this every morning. I wish I knew why I did this to myself everyday.
Never, I am a morning person and pop right up.
