Olive oil, thats all i put on my salads
I drink XS Energy drinks. They have no caffeine, no sugar, no callories or carbs. They are full of b vitamins for energy.
Protein shake (Synta 6). I add it to any sort of diet/fitness regimee.
bananas, maga green protein drink, bakes lamb,kale, talapia or baked salmon, orange juice, Fiji water, taco salad, ect.
Protein supplement and multivitamin!!! Great for energy, the much needed protein your body needs and a time release proper serving of all the essentials your body needs for the day!
