Only you can do that if you are aware that you lack it. Start with baby steps and small projects. Gradually , it will become your nature.

What you need is motivation. Like when I was practising weight exercise with a group of friends, some will drop out. What I did was having some nice muscle man's photos on my wall and each time I look at them, I am motivated to persist with my training.

Determination is the will to acheive a goal. There are many ways to motivate yourself through inspiration and philosophy. If you want to improve your mood, which is often a reason for lack of motivation, I can recommend you two herbal supplements that I have tried and both are my favorites.

    Dragon Herbs Will Power

    Dragon Herbs Schizandra 500 mg

1 or 2 capsules of the above product a day will be enough to feel your mood heighten. I take 1, sometimes 2.

You can find these in iherb.com - copy and paste the title of the product in the search box there. Use this discount code at check out - DOB496 - for 5$ OFF + free samples. You can also get free shipping if you live in USA and your order is above 40$.

    Take care!

    Have a reason strong enough.

If the WHY is large enough, then the HOW will come naturally.  If you need something really badly, then persistence becomes more natural.  Gentle reminders of why you are doing something really helps....for example, if you are saving for a new Porche, then stick a picture of it up on your fridge, you will see it every day and it will motivate you to keep saving!

Persistence a state of mind and it requires discipline.  The easiest way to increase persistence is to quantify tasks and to not stop until you have done Y, X number of times.  In any kind of relationship there is the potential of burning the relationship if you use this method.  You must ask yourself not only "Am I willing to lose the relationship?" but also,"What type of relationship is it if I must use this yardstick in my relationship."

I am very persistent and to increase your persistence, try these suggestions:

    1. Fund the one benefit that you really want to experience in whatever your goal is and keep remembering that benefit. WHen I say benefit, I mean incentive.

    2. Also, write down your goals in your mobile device and look at them several times per day. It works for me.

    I hope this helps.
