You can surely eat tomatoes. But not too much! It has a lot of carbs/sugar and not much fiber.

You don;t have to be confused.. you can eat tomato even if you are on diet. Tomatoes are rich in vitamins that has something to do with your cells and good source for betacarotine, ant oxidant too,
