If you don't want to change your eating habits, then you have to change your exercise habits. Simple as that, cut-and-dry -- your current lifestyle got you to where you are now, and you have to correct the energy balance with diet, exercise, or both in order to lose weight. There is no other way to achieve permanent, healthy weight loss...even surgery won't get you the results you want, because if you go back to the same lifestyle you'll simply gain all of the weight back.
My suggestion is to look up the USDA's MyPlate site, which allows you to enter what you're eating into your personal daily log. This will give you a clear understanding of areas where your current diet is leaving you nutritionally deficit, and how much exercise you'll have to do to offset your current consumption.
