Well, it definitely sounds like you could have basically a virus going on within your upper or lower respiratory tract. I am not a Doctor, but can only suggest that you go to a walk-in medical clinic, or to a certified practitioner who can examine you, especially if you haven't been feeling well for a week or more. Most likely it nothing more than a cold, which will go away on its own, if you drink plenty of fluids and get enough rest. Try taking some Mucinex DM and/or Robitussin, to help you receive some confort from congestion. If you have body aches and a low grade fever, than most likely you may have the influenza virus. There are antiviral medications that a Doctor can prescribe to help you out, if this is the case. Also if you have a bronchial infection, Pneumonia, etc.. you may also have to seek medical care to get the appropriate medicine such as Augmentin, Biaxin, Zmax, or Levaquin. These are some popular prescription medicines. Hopefully I have helped you out somewhat and please see a MD, so you can get better soon!
