Just stop smoking. I went from 20 a day down to 0 in 3 days and that was 2 years ago. I havent smoked anything since.
The answer is simple, dont smoke. If you're looking for an easier way round the withdrawal symptoms, there aren't any. You just have to put up with it for a couple weeks until it wears off.
Yes! I tried many times before I finally made it, 20 years ago. So if you fail and fail, understand that each time you try, you pick up a little more knowledge that you need to finally quit. I've written a hub discussing the method that finally gave me the last bit of help I needed to make it. I hope it's useful to you, too.
Yes you can. I have, I had to quit smoking as a I had a heart attack last year and I have not smoked since (May 2011). It is not easy but it is better to quit yourself before you are forced to do so.
Yes you can and will, but only when you are ready to. We all know that smoking is no good and I'm sure people point that out to you. At the end of the day it's down to you and how badly you want to stop. You may not fully succeed to start with, but persevere and you will succeed in the end. Good luck.
yes you can but slowly not so swift because if you make it fast you would star again because my boyfriend did so take your time and try to do that as soon as possible but in a good way not in hurry...and you can chew any gum instead of smoking
a new chewing gum is available in any store for the people who smoke so try to buy it as early as possible...
If you want to you can. You must want to. When I help my clients quit smoking I use Emotional Freedom Techniques, NLP and Hypnosis. The 3 modalities together work very well.
Just ask yourself do I really want to quit smoking and listen to the answer and the excuse.
I would say a definite "yes", but only when you have made up your mind to do so. No tips, tricks, kits, gums or patches, hypnosis or anything else can do this part for you and neither can they help you quit until your mind is set on quitting.
I have read that on average it takes seven attempts to quit smoking before success if achieved, so if you fail, do not be too hard on yourself. Also do not give up. Keep trying until you succeed. Good luck.
I've been quit for 8 years now. I did it with the help i received from, ( About.com ) They help you every step of the way. I remember one day i was having a really bad time with the craving and i typed, " Well i'm not going to get fat, i would rather smoke than be fat, the reply was, " Oh don't worry honey, when you get cancer, you'll get skinny " That comment kept me from smoking that day..It's a one day at a time process..You can do it!!!
With determination and the knowledge that you stand less chance of dying from lung cancer and a miraid of other diseases.
