I usually read or watch some tv. If it's been a really long exhausting day at work I usually take a hot shower to help me relax before I read or watch tv.

Lol, cook an awesome dinner and crack the wine.  Talk to my boyfriend, watch some favorite tv or exercise.  Sometimes it is really hard to get your mind off of work sad

A nice dark beer or glass of wine, as well as kicking back in the recliner and watching an entertaining TV show does the trick for me.

Many times I love watching the stars and just be with my myself. It may not be enough to get your mind off of things to do, but a little silence like this is just so relaxing.

Soak myself in the bath tub filled with warm water and add a little of the lavender oil to make me relax.

Then have a nice meal while watching my favorite TV show.

That will be fulfilling for me before sleeping and everything comes around again.

I usually have a long hot bubble bath. Then curl up on the sofa and watch tv with my family. (Sometimes with a glass of wine!)

So much to do when at home, relaxing only happens late at night after the dogs being walked, gyming happens etc.  If we take our dog to the dog park, thats nice and relaxing, but I find that my most relaxing activity is to sit infront of the tv and play some ps3.

A cup of richly flavored, hot Orange Pekoe tea. The quiet of my room, a book and a couple of soft cushions.

I sit on my couch and read a really good book. Sometimes I like to have some very soft background music on too.
