As Empath out in the world helping people, what is the most self-defeating emotion you've noticed...

that we humans need help with/suffer from? And what is the most self-gratifying emotion that we humans could use more of. Also, what methods, abilities or tools have you found most useful in aiding your clients/friends/family/self in recovering from the most self-defeating emotional states and cultivating healthier emotional/energetic states? I would love to see all of this in a hub, though that's up to you! I'm excited for any answer, as this is one of my favorite empath subjects =)
