They'll be really clean and have a lot of towels to wash.

I would imagine the person would end up having very dry skin, but the bigger question is why would a person take 20 showers a day? It sounds like an obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) to me.

I can imagine that person being so clean and shiny that everyone in his surroundings would be forced to wear shades..

He will gradually shrink and then disappear down the plug hole.

Not sure how that would affect the body, but he or she would end up with a massive water bill, that's for sure.

I agree with MickS....I envision it like in the wizard of oz where they pour water on the witch and she disintegrates!! Can't be a good thing.

It would depend on whether you are using a lubricant, shower gel or moisturizing soap. If you are only using water your skin will began to break down. After 4-5 your skin will show dry spots when after off. A few more  and you will note your skin will began to dry "prunish."
After the 20-you will look like you have dry spots that can break your skin down to began  molding in spots! So save the water and just day dream!

If everyone takes 20 shower a day, the nation will be in problem. Water scarcity is already there, and total drought will be there in the nation.

Even don't dreamt of taking 20 baths a day, in the interest of the nation.

Spending water is like spending money.
