Do you know that eating quality foods, balanced, and in the right amounts, and getting enough sleep (if you know what enough sleep is for your particular mind and body and spirit)), it varies from person to person, and managing the stress in your life well, will decrease your risk for cancer, and, decrease your risk for getting the Flu?
