Have you ever witnessed an adult bully? How did you respond?
Why do you think adults bully? How should we handle them?
Adult bullies are insecure and angry and can only bully if they are allowed to bully. If the bully is violent it is imperative that the victim stays away from the bully and goes to the police. If the bully is just plain nasty, the victim must let their comments go over their heads and keep their distance from the bully.
The victims must not be afraid of letting other people know that they are being bullied and how the bully is making them feel. Friends will help if they can, but they can't help if they don't know!!
There is no need for us to entertain bullies of any kind. They make peoples lives miserable. I do know an adult bully, but am lucky enough to be able to humour him and he knows I won't be bullied. He bullies the people who sadly think they need him.
People must stand up to bullies and look out for each other....

What should be the penalty for school bullies?School bullies should be expelled from schools and placed in juvenile detention or prison. They deserve no clemency nor reeducation whatsoever. If a "child" is old enough to bully another, he/she should be criminalized.
