Have you had recurring pleasant dreams? what are their purpose?

A lot of people talk about recurring bad dreams or lessons etc.  I have had the same dream many times and it's just pleasant - everything about it.  We are vacationing at a lovely seaside village that seems to have been untouched by time.  We always decide to stay an extra day just to watch the beautiful sunrise.  Everyone we meet is kind and it's very peaceful and lovely.

I believe perhaps it is a reminder to stay focused on what is beautiful and right with the world and others and to make the most of every day.  Do you have recurring peaceful/positive dreams? and if so what do they teach?

For me, recurring pleasant dreams are usually an indication of a blessing that's coming in my future.  It helps me to stay focus on it and realize that God has something really good in store for me.

I have a recurring character in a lot of my dreams. He's a boy around my age, and we generally just sit around and talk. In some we're boyfriend and girlfriend, and in other's he's saving me from something, but I always feel very safe with him.
The settings change - it might start out as a nice dream and continue on as such, or it could start out as a nightmare, then he shows up, making everything alright.
He's always a friendly entity, and he's the closest thing I have to a guardian angel, as far as I know.
    Interesting question.
