I agree with ChristinS. Honestly, almost anytime I eat something in a restaurant, I get bloated or some sort of indigestion.
Beans and grains can cause gas, which can make you feel bloated. You might want to try rinsing your rice or soaking your beans to help remove some of the starches. I think it removes some of the nutrients too, but I tend to think it is worth it to fight the stomachache!
