Whether it's worth it depends on whether you are fulfilled by it.
Some people thrive in a high pressure environment, gain a great sense of achievement from their work, and actually enjoy it, despite the stress levels.
If the reward is purely financial, then you need to ask yourself how important the money is to you? If you can live without so such money, you may be happier in a lower paid job, but if you can't live without that level of income, you could move to a lower paid job and be equally stressed, because you don't feel you are earning enough.
Weigh up all the pros and cons of the job, and how important those factors are to you.
Do you have good relationships with your colleagues?
Do you feel valued?
Is the money important to you?
And most importantly, if you weren't doing that job, what would you be doing?
Sometimes, it's not the actual job that's stressing you out, but the knowledge that you want to be doing something else instead.
