Thank you, good ideas to keep off the cravings. Drinking water is definitely important.
While I mostly agree, there are circumstances where a person gains weight from being immobile, not of their own accord. I ate properly, but still gained a lot of weight when I was sick for over a year. I could not exercise.
I guess a combination of exercise and diet will help and ofcourse avoiding the junk food and having great self control. Thank you.
