    I have to bathe everyday. Sometimes twice if I have been really active. Not bathing for long periods of time is very unhealthy. Dead skin sloughs from your body constantly and those lovely mites enjoy taking a nip or two. A person must bathe everyday. Just sayin'

    What a weird question, yet I'm intrigue to see what people are confessing to here.
    The longest I've ever gone without a bath was a weekend hiking trip. It was the last time too! Well at least it was during the cooler months so there was minimal sweat. It still felt uncomfortable. I agree with AEvans, everyone should bath at least once a day. Who can stand the smell??

    I take a bath everyday ,some days twice, I think I'm no willing to be without it!!!.

    If you're a perfectly healthy person, and you maintain a healthy diet that doesn't include much meat or sweet stuff, or snacks or junk food, and you don't engage in activities that are strenuous, then no...I don't think you need to bathe or shower more than every other day, or even twice a week. I don't smell even remotely bad even after 2 days without. I also don't keep the house excessively warm.

    So, it really depends on your lifestyle. However, I believe that many people have a shower in the morning, just out of habit, and not because they need to. Save yourself some water, or use fewer bedsheets if you feel overly warm at night. You won't wake up all scuzzy in the morning...
