Question about juicing?


I already eat fairly healthy and work out at least 3 or 4 times a week. I've incorporated fresh fruit and veggie juices,usually substituting them for breakfast and lunch, but during the 2 weeks or so I've been doing this I've somehow gained about 5 pounds? :/ Did anyone else have this happen to them, or know what might have happened/be happening?
