Walk more each day, and don’t use the car for short journeys.
Run more each day. Even if its just one or two blocks, just do it!
Take the stairs instead escalator.
Cycle or walk to work.
Take the dog out on longer walks, or get your friends or neighbors together and go for a group, neighborhood watch walk.
Take a walk during your lunch hour, and then after work, go for another walk.
Think about activities you used to enjoy, with emphasis on used to. Go and do them this weekend. Go easy on yourself, don't go from having high blood pressure to breaking a leg!
