When one is pregnant, there are many physical and emotional discomforts. Often times women complain that they can't sleep. When sleeping what are the best positions for pregnant women that will likely lessen the discomforts?

Sleeping on your side is really the only way to go. Experiment with pillow placement. Some like a pillow in between the legs, or one behind your back.
The most important thing is finding what makes the pregnant woman comfortable, because everyone is different.
