I know a few people at my gym who are on Paleo Diets. It's a very healthy diet and it makes sense. The whole point of the paleo meal plan is to eliminate processed foods and focus on eating whole, nutritious foods that our ancestors used to eat. That includes vegetables, fruits, nuts, fish, eggs, seafood.
I would never restrict myself to this particular diet, simply because it's too restrictive. You can't eat dairy, healthy starch vegetables like yam, and beans. I do however, love the idea of paleo breakfasts, which consist of grain-free pancakes and eggs! So I follow some paleo recipes, but would never go on a paleo diet.
