   Apricot scrub by st Ives works well. Another excellent treatment option is using Neutrogena's home microderabrasion system. I just wrote a hub about it... feel free to check it out.

   1. Make sure you use non-comedogenic makeup, and be sure to take all of it off before you go to bed.
   2. Use an exfoliator (like the apricot scrub mentioned before) 2-4 times a week.
   3. Spot treat- the best thing to do is visit a dermatologist and have them prescribe something for you, but if you don't have the time or money, try Clearasil spot treatment, Burt's Bees acne treatment, or something similar.
   4. Change your pillowcase a couple times a week.
   5. Try not to touch your face as much as possible- I know I rest my forehead on my hands a lot, and that's where I usually break out.
   6. Don't ever over-wash your face- this dries it out and makes it more vulnerable to bacteria.
   7. Use a primer (I love Revlon's Photoready primer) under makeup. It creates a barrier, so not only does your makeup look better, it prevents the foundation/powder/whatever from sinking into your pores.
   8. Drink tons of water to hydrate naturally instead of rubbing heavy moisturizers into your skin.

   Other options would be visiting an aesthetician or dermatologist's office for extraction. This is extremely quick with immediate results and leaves no scars but don't try doing self extractions at home. There are also schools for aesthetics that offer this service at a lower price than at dermatologist's offices and licensed aesthetician's will offer.
   
   Some of the options mentioned by TheLifeExperiment will likely help keep future whiteheads at bay however, they will do nothing for what you currently have. Whiteheads go away on their own and that takes time. I've been there and done that and know I wanted the whiteheads gone ASAP as you probably do. If you can have it done, visit a pro and you'll be immediately whitehead free once you walk out after an extraction service. Keep a good regimen going and you should literally be in the clear.
   
   Also, beware of apricot scrubs even if you think you have rough textured skin or problem skin. These scrubs can cause tearing and irritation of the skin leading to inflammation and other problems because of the rough and jagged texture of the apricot shells that are used in the scrub. This is the reason there are many scrubs that have been coming onto the market that have "sphere" shaped granules as their exfoliants. You would probably be better served using apricot scrubs on the soles of your feet if ever.
   
   Pillowcases should be changed everyday and all your bed linens should be washed in hot water at least once a week if not more often. You would be surprised at the amount of skin you shed and the amount of sweat, body soil, and other icky stuff all over your pillow each night, let alone on your bed linens.

      Hii.. thank you so much for responding.. i will try this. i did used toothpaste =P on nose as i have whiteheads on nose. and its use to be oily in the morning. toothpaste didnt worked. i followed video on youtube about toothpaste for whiteheads. =P
