Why do people come here to be insulting?

I have PTSD from my mother, yet everytime I mention this in one way or another I get called mean or or told I am lying. I am not lying and whats mean is giving your child PTSD. Has anyone else expereinced this? I am thinking of deleting some hubs becuase of this

Thank you and I did delete the comments, it's just that I talk about this stuff to give others courage to speak out and when stuff like this keeps opening up old wounds it makes me question what I'm doing

PTSD can be a result of many kinds of trauma; kids can develop PTSD from witnessing a loved one in a dangerous or life threatening situation. Or, if a parent has PTSD, a child can get the symptoms without ever having experienced a direct trauma.
