Almost every week day, I work out. Exercise is a great way to get your day started, I created a work out that increases my energy levels. I bench press 100-140 90 times, this increases circulation, respiration, and makes you extremley energetic. Even if a person is busy 100 pushups takes less than 2 minutes to complete, and same with crunches. Chair Dips, Pull Ups, Dumbell Presses even if you just just 2 sets of 12-25 repititions for maybe 4 minutes you would have increased strneth, and maybe more muscle tone.
