Does anyone have any ideas on how to deal with loss of feeling in your feet due to diabetes?

Loss of sensation in the feet, with constant cramping at night. The pain through the feet is excruciating. I work all day on my feet, do not get to sit down and I find this aggravates the problem. Any ideas would be most welcome.

Alpha lipoic acid, cinnamon, and chromium, all supplements, help to control blood sugar levels, and are recommended by many holistic doctors. Which is what is causing the damage in the first place.

For Vitamins, consult your doctor if you are allow to take Vitamin E as supplement because Vitamin E helps in insulin production which is needed to maintain healthy blood sugar level.
