    What are your thoughts on chiropractics?

    What did you think about your results? Were they lasting or temporary? What would you warn people of if anything?

    I believe it is very helpful.  I have regular appointments with my chiropractor.  I had a few specific problems that she was able to help.  She completely corrected the one and really helps the other.  I would recommend them.  They can help things that the doctors cannot!

    I've never been to one, but many of the people who do go swear by them. Saying they never felt better after going. Especially paddles, and deep massage. One friend actually got help with allergies, as the doctor also practiced natural medicine, and was able to help with asthma. Still not troubled by it. Most insurance companies do not recognize them, so be sure your insurance covers their procedures, but well worth it, even if they don't.

    I believe that chiropractors can be very helpful, but it might take more than one visit to get the results you want; however, one should not have to be treated for the same problem forever.
