Do YOU think that compound exercises make you bulky?

I recently heard a personal fitness trainer make the comment- "compound exercises make you bulky". Before I write a hub on this topic, I wanted to see what people thought about this perspective on compound exercises. Please comment below.

rodney80- bulk means thick, undefined and even chunky. I agree with your comment on squats and deadlifts- these are two primary movements that shouldn't be ignored.

I agree, Alphadogg. Diet and exercise are key.

I agree Ingar Filinn, compound exercises are best for momentarily improving circulation and all that goes along with that, but what about becoming bulky?
