Going for a walk might help to take away the sleepiness for you.Of course you will need to wear waterproof clothing. Hope this idea is of some use to you

You have to throw yourself out of bed and run into the rain! Duh big_smile

I have the same problem. I swear, I think getting sleepy on rainy days is a carryover from childhood. I can remember napping during the rain, just listening to it hit the windows and roof. In Florida (where I am), this poses a big problem for me, because during the summertime it rains EVERY DAY. It is raining right now!!! I would nap, but I'm sure my younger kids (4 and 2) might burn the house down around me smile

I am beyond thankful that someone invented 5 hour energy. Nothing wakes me up faster than a maximum strength 5 hour. Nothing.

That is what I normally take also but I ran out last night and my husband took the bank card this morning. It is raining here in MO also and there saying it is going to rain for like four more days.

Take a nap. It works every time I have tried it. Drinking a little extra caffeine helps, too.
