What are three vegetables that are high in fiber that I could add to my new high fiber diet? Beans don't count, they are technically a fruit!

The vegetables with the highest fiber content would be avocado, cabbage, broccoli, brussels sprouts, carrots and egg plants.

High fiber diet will include all the vegetables and fruits( expect for those pulpy and starch ones). The most fibrous vegetables include all leafy vegetables.
