yes, at least in my daughter's school. She came home with a permission slip for me to sign, however, its the basic scientific egg, meets sperm and a baby is made. I wish it was focused more on the actual process in reality and more tangible to a teenager like Boy likes gigirl, girl likes boy, they kiss, they touch, they have unprotected sex too young and they get pregnant even if its just from a one time thing, and they bring a baby to the world they are not ready to take car-off. I think think the focus should be to educate them in not having early sex and talking to someone if they chose they chose to si they can be protected. When i was young I learned about the sperm and the egg, yet at the age of 30 I was still completely naive about sex and pregnancy and it is the naive that end up with unplanned pregnancies. They should be educated on sex and how to prevent pregnancy, specially because many parents don't talk to their kids about it and that lets to too many teen pregnancies. I would fully give permission to the schools to discuss it, and i enciurage parents to do so as well. I believe in abstinence 100%, but I also know ignorance leads to pregnancies and mistakes and temptation happen. excuse the mispells etc. I couldn't edit it on my phone, but I hope the message is stillunderstood.
