I think it is a great idea. Keeping a healthy weight, I believe is all about portion control. I am very thin. I actually get teased at work because I am always eating and stay so thin. But actually by controlling how much we consume at one time, and what we are consuming we can easily maintain a healthy weight. Yes I eat 10 times a day, but I do not eat a Big Mac ten times a day, I have small meals. It is also very important not to deprive yourself of treats that you like. The longer you deprive yourself, the worse it will be when you finally break down and eat what you want. You know that you will eventually eat it. It is almost inevitable. If I want a soda I will have one. If I want a couple of cookies I will eat them. I do not feel as though I am craving anything because I allow myself to have it. If I wanted a cookie and tried not to eat one for a week, I would eventually go to the store, buy a box of oreos and eat 10.
