I don't see any doctors and I don't take any medications. I believe that I'm the only one who can keep me healthy. I believe that health must be holistic (physical, mental, emotional and spiritual). So I take care of myself physically by eating healthy, exercising regularly, and getting plenty of sleep. Mentally and emotionally, I make sure I manage my daily stresses using EFT (meditation and yoga work as well). I had to do a lot of work on myself over the past couple of years to resolve emotional issues from my past. The result is that I got rid of a host of limiting beliefs, found my life purpose, and am working hard in mid-life to achieve my new goals.
