Some of it may be genetic I believe. I'm not a doctor but I play one on the internet and I swear it's genetic. My Dad had them and so did his Dad.
Thanks Christin - Tylenol is paracetamol in NZ, and have been using that on and off. Damn, don't drink beer (it's NASTY). Iwill have to have a look at this hub!
possibly some genetics, more I think the lifestyle habits that cause them are learned and passed on. Natural remedies that have been used for centuries often trump today's medicines :) Read and experiment.

Yeah, I am. But other pain relief like codeine etc make me vomit. I'm a nurse so I know the normal remedies. Wondering about some alternatives. It's more discomfort than pain it's just annoying. Thanks though
