Personally, playing video games and listening to music very loudly. I'm a big gamer and an audiophile so both of these are great releases for myself, plus listening to music loudly has been proven to reduce stress in some males. I am definitely not exempt from this list.

My best way of relaxing is walking or listen to my favorite radio station online

When I need to relax, I meditate, even if it's just for a short time.  It works great!

My favorite ways to relax are to do yoga, read or have a nice hot bath.

My favorite method of relaxation is to actually play old timers ice hockey. The game replaces any worries and I become immersed in an environment where I can externalize (psychologically) by slapping the puck, hitting the goalie and missing the goalie; thus, scoring...

Lying down on an open air field and glazing through the sky.

It helps to clear my mind and soul. That's most relaxing for me.

I do not feel a need to relax. I only feel a need to motivate. Poor folks who are the other way around.  But then I hike in nature, meditate and pray for hours each day.

Escaping into nature. No matter how hectic life is, after a few hours in the calm, tranquil wilderness, I always feel relaxed and peaceful.
