I'm sure there is, there always is something that could help you. It could be having a simpler routine so more is done. It could be doing yoga or working out in the evening for your health. Just talk to someone who has extremely sensitive teeth. Brushing their teeth once each day makes a huge difference so they understand that little actions can make a big difference.
Mine would have to be adding yoga or something to help me cope with stress. And brushing twice a day instead of just once.
