Is there one thing that makes you anxious to get out of bed each day?

Not counting the obvious, like a need to go to work...is there a reason you are eager to begin whatever life holds for you each day as you plant your feet on the floor?

Life presents itself with options, that is where your feet decide to land. Maybe I have a restless brain that always has to be doing something, for that reason I always have a need have something I am working on, or about to, be ahead of me. No day is empty, albeit some end up pointless.

Yes, my love of life as a sober person.  I got sober almost 7 years ago, and I find that the more time passes by, the happier I am each day!

I'm so happy for you.  I gave up smoking nearly seven months ago and it has changed my life forever. I know the longer away from an addiction the better off we are.

Congratulations to you Diana!  I had to give up smoking with the drinking, but I refuse to give up chocolate or ice cream!

Yes, of courss. You have to have a passion that will get you out of bed. My passion is Kenpo karate, but I'm old now it's slowly going on the back burner. But my new or not so new passion is writing. I've written off and on for years. Now, since time is short, I write everyday. Working on a novel. Can hardly wait to get up and see what my characters do.
You need to have a passion for  something that is done everyday.

I know if I sleep in for very long on my day off I won't get enough sleep for work the next day. For some reason I have to try to set a regular bedtime and get up at a regular time or I'm dragging from exhaustion, even when I don't have to go to my job. I enjoy the morning sunshine, the birds singing and that first strong cup of coffee to wake my senses to another day.

Yes, the one thing that makes me anxious to get out of bed is to see how my  hubs are doing. Even before I go to work I have to check my hubPages while having my breakfast in the morning.

LOL, we are in the same boat, more or less. I started my websites in 2007 and although I have slowed down a lot lately, I check my AdSense income first thing in the morning. I just joined HubPages last week and I can say that HubPages is better.

Yes. To see the smile on my wife's face and my children.

It is for them that I keep myself going in life. I had lived my life through my stages in time, now it is for them. So, each day I look forward to wake up and see them smiling and it makes my day!

first toilet call of the day! If overslept and need to rush to work, everything will be upside down.

Some people do their toilet call AFTER they start work. Imagine doing your toilet call and be paid for It!!! What can be better than that?

Each day is a new blessing and new hope for me.  It is amazing how the sun rises again, flowers blossom, cold, heat, and night returns.  Each day is a new beginning, a fresh start.  There is a chance of everything every day.  I am always curious about the new meeting of world and continuation of my destiny.  I am curious of my aliveness, health, and status.  In short, I am curious about myself and everything about me and that makes me get up every day throwing my lazy pillow with full swing and enthusiasm.

Each Day is different from the rest of the day. People enjoy every new day, knowing that their lives have been shortened by one day.

If I was to quote my own words - "You can always be happy to think about tomorrow and hoping that you don't repeat the same mistakes. And get the most out of it." Or maybe, Abbie Hoffman says “Today is the first day of the rest of your life.”
