I have admire you for taking the physical activity approach. At times, I just want to lay horizontal on the couch and disappear into the cushions with a big fluffy pillow and a cozy blanket.

Listening to music for at least 20 minutes in the middle of the afternoon is becoming a new thing for me. It does work. Thank you!
Cleaning does take your mind off things. When your done, you can stop and say, "Ah! I feel like I have accomplished something today". That would make me smile. Prayer always seems to calm the spirit. Doesn't it?
I like this idea. I occasionally enjoy a power nap, but I never take time to reflect on life like that. I will definitely try it. Thanks for the suggestion!

Sounds like a good way to brighten your mood and keep you fit. That would be a good "pick-me-up" when I start to run out of energy too.
